Misner Feedlot, Chino, CA 2/9/12

Investigators arrived at 11:00 a.m. and observed 60 to 70 horses on the property. Several were thin. No injuries or illness was observed. All the pens appeared to have water tanks and fair quality hay. Investigators visited this location at least 5 times over several days, but they did not observe additional horses arriving or any horses leaving the property. The lot continues to have trash and metal pieces in it and the pen fencing is in need of repairs. Since there was no activity, investigators left the premises to return on a later date.
